A private hospitality flow for high-profile guests

For Celine’s Cheongdam flagship opening, the guest journey extended beyond the event venue. Selected guests required discreet support across hotel arrival, private vehicle movement, event attendance, beauty and styling requests, dining arrangements, and last-minute schedule changes throughout their time in Seoul.

The mission was to keep every touchpoint calm, private, and well-timed. The operation required close communication between brand representatives, hotel teams, security, drivers, venue staff, lifestyle partners, and on-site assistants, ensuring that high-profile guests could move through the program with confidence while the details were quietly managed in the background.

Rather than simply assigning staff on-site, the hospitality flow was planned around each guest’s movement, privacy level, and expected pace.
