FAQ

Learncation designs and operates premium guest experience programs in Korea for international brands, companies, schools, private groups, hosted guests, executives, influencers, and VIP travelers.

Our services include event hospitality, incentive trips, corporate experiences, educational tours, private tours, VIP handling, transport planning, accommodation coordination, curated local experiences, dining arrangements, concierge support, and on-site guest management.

We can support the full journey from airport arrival to final departure, or step in for specific parts that need more structure, such as airport meet and greet, hotel communication, private vehicles, bilingual staff, guest itineraries, personal assistants, cultural programming, or live coordination during the stay.

Yes. Every program is shaped around the guest profile, purpose of visit, schedule, budget, service level, and the impression the host wants to create. We do not work from fixed itineraries or one-size-fits-all packages.

A VIP guest may need privacy, premium transport, and discreet personal assistance. A corporate group may need business objectives, dining, local experiences, and smooth movement combined into one flow.

A school group may need safety, learning value, and age-appropriate pacing. We design around what the guests actually need to feel comfortable, cared for, and well hosted in Korea.

For private tours or simple guest support, 2 to 4 weeks in advance is usually workable, especially if the request involves a one-day Seoul itinerary, private vehicle, guide, restaurant booking, or light concierge support.

For VIP visits, executive guests, brand hospitality, or small premium groups, we recommend 6 to 8 weeks in advance. This gives enough time to secure the right vehicles, guest-facing staff, dining options, hotel coordination, and any privacy-sensitive arrangements.

For incentive trips, educational tours, company offsites, or event hospitality involving larger groups, we recommend 8 to 12 weeks in advance. If the program includes accommodation blocks, multiple vehicles, special venues, interpreters, private dining, or multi-day operations, 12 to 16 weeks is ideal.

Shorter timelines can still work when the scope is clear and the right local partners are available, but earlier planning gives us more room to improve the guest journey before key decisions are locked.

No. We can manage the full guest journey, but we can also support selected parts of a program. Some clients come to us for end-to-end planning and operation, while others already have hotels, venues, or schedules confirmed and need help strengthening the guest experience around them.

This may include airport arrival and departure, private transport, hotel coordination, dining reservations, personal assistant staffing, bilingual support, private tours, concierge requests, local experience curation, or event-day hospitality. Our goal is to provide the right level of support, not to overbuild the service.

After you send an inquiry, our program manager will reach out within 48 hours to arrange a no-obligation call or message exchange, whichever is most convenient for you.

During this first conversation, we will ask a few key questions to better understand your guest profile, purpose of visit, schedule, group size, budget range, service expectations, and any details that are already confirmed.

From there, we will suggest the most suitable next step. This may be a full program proposal, a lighter support plan, an itinerary direction, or a transport and staffing structure.

If needed, we can also point out where the current plan may create friction, such as tight transfers, unclear guest communication, weak pacing, or missing on-site support.
