A beauty launch experience shaped around presence, pace, and brand atmosphere

For Dolce & Gabbana’s APAC make-up launch at The Shilla Seoul, we supported the program across guest accommodation, VIP bookings, airport transfers, private movement coordination, hospitality desk support, media guest handling, and on-site event flow.

The event involved multiple layers of coordination, from international arrivals and hotel communication to masterclass preparation, influencer schedules, lounge readiness, welcome gifting, and real-time requests from press and brand teams. Our role was to keep the experience composed and well-paced behind the scenes, allowing guests to move through the launch, masterclass, and hospitality moments with ease while preserving the glamour, intimacy, and visual energy of the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty world.
